Established in October 1999 it is run by Akin Makinde, the Managing Partner, a real estate surveyor with over 16 years experience in the industry. The firm operates from its' office situated at Broad Capital Suite, 6 th Floor Eleganza Biro Plaza, Plot 634 Adeyemo Alakija Street Victoria Island, Lagos
The goal of the firm is to provide quality estate agency services to its clients and become one of the foremost real estate firms in the country. The firm is equipped with the latest in information technology to ensure maximum efficiency and part of its ultimate goal is to operate a virtual IT based system, which guarantees our clients 24-hour on-line access.
